Liquid AI?

Liquid AI is an artificial intelligence company founded as a spin-off from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). It specializes in developing general-purpose AI systems powered by its proprietary Liquid Neural Networks. Inspired by biological nervous systems, such as the nematode brain, Liquid Neural Networks are highly flexible.

Compared to traditional neural networks, they feature smaller models, require fewer computational resources, and can dynamically adjust the signal exchange between neurons. This adaptability enables them to excel in environments that demand rapid responses to changing conditions, making them ideal for applications such as autonomous driving, edge computing, and complex data processing.

In addition, Liquid AI has introduced the Liquid Foundation Models (LFMs), a family of generative AI models designed for efficiency and performance. These models handle longer contextual information with reduced memory usage, making them well-suited for deployment on resource-constrained hardware.
